At ApexFitness, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ApexFitness is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Final Sale Items
We do not offer final sale items—all products are eligible for return within the 14-day window as long as they meet the return conditions.
