Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for all US orders:

  • Standard Shipping — $5.00 (FREE on orders over $70)
  • Express Shipping — $15.00 (FREE on orders over $70)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 5–7 business days
  • Express: 2–3 business days

International Shipping 
We ship to 28 countries worldwide.

International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Standard: 10–21 business days
  • DHL Express: 3–7 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.

Duties & Taxes For international orders, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. Prices displayed to international customers include local taxes where required by law.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [your support email] and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for Express or DHL shipments. Standard USPS delivery to P.O. boxes is available for domestic orders only.
